Please note that you can only return items that have been puchased from th Bosch UK Professional It is easy to return goods to us.
  • If you have an account, please login and follow the return process via 'My orders'
  • Alternatively if you ordered as a guest, you can create a return request using the order number, shipping address postcode and your email address.
  • When your return request has been submitted, we will contact you about the next steps.
  • The return instructions and documentation will be provided by the Bosch online shop team.
  • Please ensure that you prepare your return in accordance with these instructions that will be specific to your product.
  • Where possible please use the original shipping packaging to return the product (removing the original address labelling). This packaging shows the required product specific labelling and the necessary details for correct shipment.
  • Please note that we can only make a refund, when we have received the product in accordance with these return instructions.
