Return goods
Please note that you can only return items that have been purchased from the Bosch UK Consumer shop. It is easy to return goods to us - for goods purchased within 30 days please follow the procedure below
- If you have an account, please login and follow the return process via "My orders"
- Alternatively if you ordered as a guest, you can create a return request using the order number, shipping address postcode and your email address.
- When your return request has been submitted, we will contact you about the next steps.
- The return instructions and documentation will be provided by the Bosch online shop team.
- Please ensure that you prepare your return in accordance with these instructions that will be specific to your product.
- Where possible please use the original shipping packaging to return the product (removing the original address labelling). This packaging shows the required product specific labelling and the necessary details for correct shipment.
- Please note that we can only make a refund, when we have received the product in accordance with these return instructions.

- Cost of delivery for returned goods will be paid by Robert Bosch UK Ltd.
